Join an exciting Seattle-based space startup as a Build & Integration Specialist. We are seeking local candidates to be the hands-on force turning engineering designs into flight-ready spacecraft. Key Responsibilities

· Harnessing & Soldering: Lead the fabrication of complex wire harnesses and perform high-precision soldering/rework on flight hardware (J-STD-001 standards).

· Spacecraft Integration: Own the hands-on assembly and integration of avionics, power, and propulsion systems.

· Test Infrastructure: Build and evolve Hardware-in-the-Loop (HITL) setups, test fixtures, and support hardware.

· Testing & DAQ: Support propulsion and thermal thruster test campaigns, executing data-driven integration and acceptance tests.

· Lab Leadership: Maintain a flight-ready build area and help establish workflows as our facility matures.

What You Bring

· Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in aerospace, robotics, or high-reliability hardware assembly.

· Harnessing Mastery: Expert-level skills in fabricating and modifying complex harnesses. Direct experience working in a dedicated harnessing lab is highly beneficial.

· Precision Soldering: Advanced proficiency in soldering and rework (J-STD certification preferred).

· Data Acquisition: Experience running test instrumentation and DAQ systems. Specific experience with Dewesoft software is a major plus.
